Course Description:
This program is designed to train students who want to begin a medical career as a Home Health Aide. Student will receive textbooks and all the supplies necessary to practice basic skills. Completion of this program enables the graduate to work for employers who require 75 hours of Home Health Aide training. Included in this course is BLS CPR & First Aid training and HIV/OSHA 5 hour certification.
Course Objectives:
The Home Health Aide Course is taught in a friendly, low stress environment where you will have the opportunity to interact with a helpful and professional staff. The instructors are very knowledgeable about and familiar with the teaching material and required skills.

Prerequisites:
You must be a minimum of 18 years of age and must be able to speak, read and write English. You will be required to pass an English competency exam at the time of your registration with a score of 70% or above.

Total Tuition:
The tuition for this course is $630.00 which includes the textbook and the $150.00 registration fee. This cost also includes training in CPR, First Aid and HIV/AIDS/OSHA. Students are also required to wear Nursing Unlimited, Inc. scrubs which are available at our Front Desk for $26.75 plus applicable Florida State sales tax.
