How to register

You can register online for all non-vocational courses.  Please click on the course you would like to take and follow the registration and payment options.

For registration of our vocational classes including the Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Review, Electrocardiograph Aide, or Phlebotomy Programs please visit our offices in person.

Please feel free to call our office to speak to one of our staff members if you have any questions about any of our programs.

Student Class Confirmation

All registrations are confirmed by mail and will include all home study material. Please read your confirmation carefully and check for the correct course, date and location. If you have not received your confirmation within 2 business days of registering, please call us immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Please Note the Cancellation policy for classes is as follows:

Any cancellation within 48 hours prior to the start of the class date will result in a 50% refund of the total course cost. Cancellation within 24 hours or less from the start of a class will result in no refund given.  To make any cancelation requests, the original customer/student must speak to a Customer service representative directly, no emails, voice mails or messages will be accepted. Please note all book sales and shipping charges ARE FINAL! Books are non-refundable. Class completion cards and/or completion certificates will not be issued until the training and/or all outstanding balances are paid in full. All product orders must be paid in full prior to the item being shipped. No refunds will be given on AEDs or any products purchased. It is the buyer’s responsibility to take delivery within 30 days from the date the item is paid in full. If a class is cancelled by Nursing Unlimited, Inc., the student will be eligible for a full refund. Any refunds requested may take up to 30 business days to process.

Tardiness: Please arrive no later than 15 minutes after the posted class start time or you will be considered a NO SHOW and no refunds will be issued. All SALES ARE FINAL!

EX) If the class is scheduled on a Saturday at 9am and the customer calls on Thursday at 9:10a they are NOT eligible for a 50% refund.  The customer would need to call prior to 8:59am on Thursday (which is 48hrs prior to the posted start time) to receive the 50% discount.

Rescheduling of Classes

Student rescheduling policy is as follows: A rescheduling request made prior to two days before a class date will carry a $10 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling request made between forty-eight hours before a class and the date of the class date will incur a rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the price of the class. Rescheduling request made on the day of a class or after that class has met are not allowed and will result in the forfeit all monies paid.


Most courses include books and/or home study materials. Please notify us within 7 days of registration if you did not receive your books in the mail.

Class Location

Locations are subject to change. If a location is changed, advance written notice will be provided and the new location will be in the same general area.


Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the course so we can check you in and have everyone ready to start on time.


Upon successful completion of a course, a certificate of attendance will be issued. Some courses require demonstration of competence for certification to be issued. Please call if you have any questions. Accreditation through the Florida State Board of Nursing, Provider #FBN-2958. Contact hours provided for all courses, partial credit is not issued.


Only one discount per course, per registration will be accepted. Choose either related program discounts, group discounts or multiple course discounts, whichever is greater. Please contact us for details on our group discounts and or multiple course discounts.

Office Hours

Our Staff is available to answer questions and accept registrations Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays Eastern Time.  Nursing Unlimited is closed on Sundays.

Dress Code

Dress is always casual for unless you are attending a course that requires the students to wear the Nursing Unlimited uniform.
