Registration information

HOW TO REGISTER

You can register online for all of our courses EXCEPT Home Health Aide Training, Nursing Assistant Review, Phlebotomy and ECG Aide. For these four programs we need to have you register in-person at our main office in Miami Gardens.

Please feel free to call our office to speak to one of our staff members if you have any questions about any of our programs.

CONFIRMATION

All registrations are confirmed by mail and will include all home study material. Please read your confirmation carefully and check for the correct course, date and location. If you have not received your confirmation within 2 business days of registering, please call us immediately.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

Student the refund policy is as follows: Prior to seven days before a class there will be a $10 cancellation fee, between seven days and forty-eight hours prior to the class there will be a 25% cancellation fee. Any request made in the final forty-eight hours prior to the class date will carry a 50% cancellation fee. On the day of or after the class has met there will be no refund. In addition to this, the $5 shipping and handling charge for mailing books is non-refundable. If a book has been mailed to the student, there will be no refund given until the book is returned to Nursing Unlimited. Cancellations are not allowed if group or multiple course discounts were taken. If a class is cancelled by Nursing Unlimited, the student will be eligible for a full refund.

RESCHEDULING

Student rescheduling policy is as follows: A rescheduling request made prior to two days before a class date will carry a $10 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling request made between forty-eight hours before a class and the date of the class date will incur a rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the price of the class. Rescheduling request made on the day of a class or after that class has met are not allowed and will result in the forfeit all monies paid.

BOOKS

Most courses include books and/or home study materials. Please notify us within 7 days of registration if you did not receive your books in the mail.

LOCATIONS

Locations are subject to change. If a location is changed, advance written notice will be provided and the new location will be in the same general area.

TIME

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the course so we can check you in and have everyone ready to start on time.

CERTIFICATION

Upon successful completion of a course, a certificate of attendance will be issued. Some courses require demonstration of competence for certification to be issued. Please call if you have any questions. Accreditation through the Florida State Board of Nursing, Provider #FBN-2958. Contact hours provided for all courses, partial credit is not issued.

DISCOUNTS

Only one discount per course, per registration will be accepted. Choose either related program discounts, group discounts or multiple course discounts, whichever is greater. Please contact us for details on our group discounts and or multiple course discounts.

OFFICE HOURS

Our Staff is available to answer questions and accept registrations Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm Eastern Time.

DRESS CODE

Dress is always casual. Room temperatures vary, so please dress for South Florida weather and bring a sweater. For courses that include observation time at a health care facility, please dress appropriately in health care garments.
